THE CREAMERY AT NORWALK — 3D PRINT KIT (REVISION 2)
https://norwalkcreamery.com/3d-print

CONTENTS
Print one of each of the six numbered STL files: building shell, main roof,
boiler room roof, office roof, west annex roof, and smokestack.
STL units: millimeters. Import at 100% scale.
Assembled size: approximately 226 x 158 x 113 mm (8.9 x 6.2 x 4.4 inches).
Nominal scale: 1:250. This is a detailed miniature, not an architectural survey.

BEFORE PRINTING
Use your own slicer and the correct profile for your printer and filament.
These downloads are geometry files, not printer-ready G-code.
Keep all six parts at the same scale. Check the building fits your bed with
space for its brim. Preserve the supplied upright/flat-down orientation,
center each part on the plate, and place it on the bed.

REFERENCE SETTINGS
The original kit was prepared for a QIDI Q1 Pro with a 0.4 mm nozzle and PLA:
0.16 mm layers; 0.20 mm first layer; 3 walls; 12% gyroid infill;
210 C nozzle; 65 C bed; 12 mm/s first layer; supports and raft off.
Treat these as starting points, not universal settings.
Building: base flat down, 6 mm outer brim.
Four roofs: flat undersides down, 3 mm outer brims.
Smokestack: upright, locating hole down; use a wide 12 mm brim and slower
speeds/acceleration to improve stability. Inspect adhesion and the slicer
preview. Print the building, roofs, and smokestack on separate plates if needed.

ASSEMBLY
1. Let each part cool; remove brims and loose strings. Preserve locating pegs.
2. Match the four roof shapes to their building sections.
3. Align underside sockets with the pegs and lower the roofs gently into place.
Do not push on dormers or the cupola.
4. Place the smokestack's underside socket onto the peg on the round footing
   beside the boiler room.
5. If a fit is tight, remove stray filament and lightly smooth the socket
entrance. Do not force it. Dry-fit before using any glue. Roofs can remain
removable; a small dab of glue on the stack peg is optional.

Print colors are your choice. The pictured example uses a red/orange building
and smokestack with silver roofs. No screws or purchased hardware are required.
